Very inspired by (aka a copy of) Diane Fries, 80s bloused and ruffled silhouette with pleated trim in an alternate scale of the Keith Haring influenced zig-zaggy geometric abstract pattern. Fun beaded tie at the collar, super stretchy waist and twirly flared godet hemline. No labels, definitely inspired by Diane Freis, circa 1980s.
